I stopped by for something simple and thought I could pull into the shop. The man in charge said I could not be there and asked his employee to help me back out as if it were hard! I had to ask twice before he explained that it could be a hazard agreed to back out and I asked his employee I could back out now. The man in charge mumbled something to his employee and the employee said, “dejame le ayudo para que de vaya a la verga,” which more or less translates into, “let me help her so she can go to hell.”
De Leon Transmissions, don’t make assumptions that women can’t back their own cars out and don’t make assumptions that your clients don’t speak Spanish. Do better!
Response to your excuses for bad customer service: there is no signage that indicates to wait or where to pull over. Yes, there was no service but you were rude and purposely spoke in Spanish because you thought I couldn’t understand what you were saying. If you said, “please back up and wait” I would have done it.

Really Bad Service, and poor quality of work! They supposedly repair my transmission and 30min after my transmission broke, I took it back and supposedly they repaired again and i had an accident due of the faulty transmission! And i called and they just laughed of my situation!!! Really badd dont recommend at all, i have my lawyers working on this situation cause i have proofs that the accident was due becuase of the faulty transmission!

The reason why I took my truck there is because I know the owner for years when he worked in a workshop and I trusted him a lot and I sent my clients and friends to him and I was disappointed in that place. Bad treatment towards me, they left my truck dirty and apart from the body all covered in transmission OIL, a broken wiper blade, they broke the driver's seat, the inside IS all stained with dirt, they left the installation of my transmission poorly pulling OIL, The exhaust loosened the screws, the truth is I feel very bad because I know the owner and the truth is I will never stop there again, much less recommend that place.

Stay away from this shop I take my work van to do motor replaced and charge lots off money and broke my AC and my van still have check engine light on
