DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ AND TIME HERE.
I booked two nights as it is located too close to the airport. First morning there was no water and my meeting was in 2 hrs.
As I reached for help from the front desk, the attendant seemed just uneducated and careless as if nothing important was happening, stating at that time they usually run out of water. I asked why I wasn’t notify so I could have make a choice accordingly, she just changed the narrative saying they didn’t know it would be like this.
She never apologize or offered any solution to provide at least bottled water. I could not even wash my hands or use the restroom.
She refused to contact or providing me the info to contact management myself for an arrangement. She only asked me to come back next Monday. I left that day.
I am filing for a refund, they dare to lie saying I stated both nights and that they provided me all services. Save your self the trouble, don’t even consider it.

As for a call, wake up call at 3:30 AM. Didn’t get one and there’s no hot showers no hot water and they know this.

They are obviously trying to update this hotel, however, the furniture is chipped, old, and worn. The room smelled musty, and the TV remotes didn't work. I had to get a different one from the desk, look up how to program it, and program it myself.
The water pressure in the shower was barely adequate, and the hottest setting was tepid.
The bathroom ceiling had a big mold colony actively growing especially near the fan.
The towels and sheets were clean, thankfully. And in checking for the dreaded bedbugs, I came up empty. Thank goodness.
The location to the airport was great, but the location was sketchy at best.
It is within walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, and to a gas station and convenience store. Handy, but a bit sketchy.
I did get clean in the shower, and I was finally able to fall asleep but only because I was too tired to stay awake. Thankfully my car was not broken into overnight, and I was able to get to the airport unimpeded.
I was charged an extra $25 as a security fee apparently. There was no mention of that on the website.

I don't understand how this hotel gets 3 stars, it deserves 0. The worst location right off the freeway, dirty parking lot, homeless people hiding in the dumpster (not joking). Well, I figured the room would be ok... NO HOT WATER. Took a cold shower, complained and was told the manager won't be back for a few days. They offered to change the room but I was checking out in a few hours and had already been forced to take a cold shower, should I verify running hot water before getting in at the 'Quality Inn'? I asked for a partial refund, of course only the manager can do that and the manager is conveniently gone for days. I know most if not all hotels/motels in America are owned by Indians but this is not India, we expect hot water and if it's not provided, we expect our money back. Nobody pays for a room without hot water in the developed world, I guess by Indian standards just having a bathroom is a luxury? I have to dispute it with my credit card since there is no way to get blood out of these reptiles. For 15 dollars more you can get a real hotel with decent breakfast and no bums in the dumpster.

Very close to the airport so you don't get caught in the rushRooms: The rooms are clean although the furniture and TV are a little old.

Do these places not get inspected by any entity? This place needs to be shut down completely.

Ok choice hotels—here’s a tip for you. If authorities have to BREAK a door lock in one of your rooms, MAYBE you should fix it before your next guests show up (or select a different room for us, for goodness sake.)Let me explain. I wasn’t expecting much at this price, since we booked this room to accommodate a flight layover, but basic saftey measures absolutely did not exist in room 202. If I could give this place zero stars, I would, since our door bolt lock was completely broken off, and our secondary lock door plate was loose. We have seen enough CSI to know that, that means forced entry (probably heavy police action.) Basic safety measures should be the absolute bare minimum for a hotel or motel—the bar is on the floor. We checked in at 11pm, so we didn’t push the issue, but in the morning we saw giant bleach stains outside of our door (probably to bleach our bloodstains,) and the bathroom hardware was covered in mold and rust.Do not walk—run from this place. Spend $50 more elsewhere, for basic safety measures. We got lucky, and probably should never have accepted to stay in this room. Also, no airport shuttle here. We booked solely for that reason.Rooms: Absolutely disgusting.
