“Grateful for the care your employees showed to my wife. They changed a headlight bulb on her Mitsubishi Mirage and got her back on the road in less than ten minutes. Y'all are awesome and really reassured me that she was fine.My wife was on a road trip with out two young boys during New Year's day 2023 and a headlight went out. My wife was concerned because she was about halfway thru a long drive from Kansas City to Houston. I called the store to check that they had the parts in stock and someone willing to help install it. They could so long as nothing had to be taken apart. Fortunately, her there isn't much to her car.”

“04/01/24 ~ April Fools Day ~ We use this O'Reilly for our primary auto part stuff. I've always had excellent customer service here. Something was off on April Fools Day. They usually assist me with my needs. Spouse was under the weather so I came here. I bought the fuses but this time they didn't want to assist with replacing the fuse. There was only 1 customer before me. Not busy, but who am I to know what else was going on behind the scenes. Drove across the street, Auto Zone, bought more fuses, lol, and they replaced my fuse. “Good prices expert service and I noticed that on some of the reviews the alternator did not work he test the alternator on his machine before it’s sent out . I’m a mechanic and the car itself could have had a issue such as no power to the regulator wire or the problem can be in the computer itself as most new cars regulate voltage threw the computer. I’ve had problems with a few of his builds but he always stands behind his work , and no one is perfect except Jesus Christ.”
