Room 220
Pros:
- Pool and jacuzzi were open
- Clerk was friendly and professional
- I was able to check in early as an advantage of being a diamond member
- Provided with two free bottles of water at check in
Cons:
- Elevator had a musty smell to it
- Jacuzzi was dirty
- There were no working ice machines in the building, instead customers have to go to the front desk to have the clerk fill the ice bucket
- Clerk either takes a long time to answer the phone or doesn't answer it at all
- $75 incidental charge is assessed to the card at check in and takes a few days if a debit card is used to get a refund
- Shampoo bottle was small enough for only one person and was a challenge to squeeze any shampoo out
- Cheap, thin pillows that gave me a major tension headache
- Blood smeared on the blanket of the other bed
Overall, this location gives the feel of a place that cuts corners at every turn and puts profits over customer service. Not one I would recommend to anytime unless you're in a financial pinch.

Sean in the front working graveyards was AMAZING. Somehow my reservation was messed up and showing for 2 months out. Sean not only set me straight and saved the day, but kept my family and I from driving 5 hours more in flash flood warning weather. Thanks Sean! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good, the children really enjoyed the waffles! Great hotel, excellent staff. Phenomenal job Sean.

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Maddie at the front desk was fantastic. If there was an issue it was promply addressed. Would stay there again!

The room was nice, service was friendly, the pool was freezing but the jacuzzi was fantastic! my grandson got sick and we had to remake our own bed and clean up the vomit on the floor ourselves because there was only one person on duty and no housekeeper.
