The service staff is very prompt, kind, and informative. The girls at checkout are fabulous and kind. Charlie is great! He never hesitates to make sure I am comfortable while I wait. He always asks how car is and if there is anything that I have questions about. He is so personable and has great communication skills. You have an asset in the service department with him. Thank you Blake Utter. I did not buy my car here because they did not have what I wanted at the time, but they could not be more attentive to me and my needs with my vehicle. I will buy my next car from Blake Utter. Great dealership, with hard-working, honest, and kind employees!

Great service, completed all the recalls in one day. Gave an honest opinion of what was needing to be fixed with vehicle along with a means to troubleshoot the A/C unit without replacing the whole unit (unlike another repair shop). They were awesome.

Worst experience ever. Not sure if it was lemon bronco sport or service. Kept having to take it back to dealership cause problems never got resolved. I will never buy a ford again.

The quick Lane team to very good care of me. This is the kind of service I used to get from other dealers years ago. The art of customer service has been lost over the years but not here. I highly suggest it's worth the trip even if you're not local to utilize this dealer services.
