Since it's been bought out, I wouldn't recommend it. Steve is no longer there and the last time I was there, the service sucked.
I've been going here for almost 20 years. Steve in the Honda service department is absolutely the best!! I wouldn't take my Hondas anywhere else. Steve is now at Texoma Chevrolet

Great facility great service prompt service. Don’t know why they don’t have five stars, but went down to the main dealership was directed to the collision center and Denison wonderful wonderful people I highly recommend Classic Shepard to anybody with any of your needs.

Michael Warfield kept us informed on how the service on our car was going. He followed through with our extended warranty company and service will be completed on Saturday for the compressor on our car. Everyone was nice and polite. Spoke to you. Even the people who were doing the service on the other people's cars.

I have been a customer for about 8 years now and couldn't be happier! I've interacted with several different members of the staff. They are always polite, friendly, and helpful. I'm in the process of purchasing a newer car and wouldn't even consider shopping elsewhere!

We bought our first car from classic of texoma. Great salesman. Nathan, great finance. Zack. Now the service. Waterpump went out, used equinox, 22000 miles, but the service was awesome. Took our car into the service department and while they were evaluating our car, a courtesy driver took us to a resturant, and picked us up after we finished lunch. They went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you. Great all round experience. Many blessings. Gary

I will never take the Caddy anywhere else. I usually have the same technician working on it. Their times of service are generally super fast, excellent staff, excellent service 5 star quality all around!!!

Was not hassled by the police, car was not broken into, and both the salesman and monitorial division was exceptionally helpful

It’s very expensive for car repairs especially if the is a foreign car that’s one of there’s they did a lot of damage to my car some how I guess on test driving it cuz they didn’t care

Nice new facility. Got my oil changed there. Gast and friendly service. The waiting room is very comfortable. Complimentary coffee is good, clean restrooms.

The service Dept. is state of the art! Unfortunately all of that technology is extremely expensive. Simple oil change is $88.10. They discounted it $8.00 for new customer but it is steep for a SUV oil change.

Damien Umana is awesome. I love this dealership, but he made my car buying experience, smooth ,he's very patient and kind.
I would highly recommend him to anyone. It was a pleasure buying a car from him.

This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased in the last 3 years. Both were from Ted Lynn at Classic of Texoma. He and the entire staff at Classic have made both purchases seamless, fair and quick. No hassle. No tricks. No pressure. When it’s time to buy my kids their first cars Ted at Classic will be my only call.
