The service, not the branch. 7 $ phonebill, ok. $5 in store fee.. janky because you get charged the same $5 regardless of how you pay. Now the $5 reconnect fee makes a $7 payment $17 and you have to pay it all regardless of how you pay... it's false advertisement.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful, I went in to pay my bill and they noticed an issue with my phone plan and after adjusting I saved over $50One of the most helpful Cricket stores I have been at!!! I will not be going to any other Cricket store now!

Good in Denison. I really like the young lady with the long hair. Not sure of her name but she has taken care of my phones since day 1 in Sherman and Denison.
