Don't use this pharmacy if you ever plan on needing to talk to somebody by telephone, because it's literally impossible. Their voice automated service lost themselves a customer, I hope it's worth it!

Charged me 67$ for a Generic prescription I normally get for 18$ at Walmart incorrectly filled prescription causing repeat trip and several phone calls back to Walmart for refills I have learned my lesson! FYI that's over 5$ a pill for a Generic drug!

I had a bad experiences this Moring with talking to someone on the phone about my prescription medicine the gentle men that I spoke on the phone acted like he didn't want to deal with it I understand you might be busy but as some one that works for customer service should always try to find a way to help and give them there time. I called about my prescription why it was being on hold the gentle men said because the insurance I had on file they do not take that so I told him I had a different insurance but he acted like he didn't want to hear me out instead he said I can transfer it to Walmart or Walgreens when I specially said I had another insurance that they can put on file. I just hated how he was being rude and not understanding for someone that shops so much at CVS and that only lives like 3 miles there.

Prepaid for my prescriptions through the CVS app. Showed up to get them and they refused to give me my prescriptions because their computer was down even though I had my receipt through the app and my ID. This seemed ridiculous. When I pointed out how absurd this sounded the employee was incredibly rude. What’s the point of prepaying through the app with a receipt if they still hold your prescriptions because their computer is down? This makes CVS liable if someone is picking up a life saving drug. Sounds like they need a new risk management team at CVS that has backup procedures in place when their computers crash.

My husband went in to buy otc pills, Christopher told him he could not use coupons and was very rude to him. My husband let me know what happened, so I went into the store and Christopher lied to me saying he didn't even help him. When I asked for the manager he then said yes he did help him, I told him if he wasn't going to allow the coupons then give it back to me, he said my husband didn't even try to use a coupon, so once again I asked for the manager, he changed his story and got the coupon out of the cashier box. Every time we try to use CVS something like this happens. Won't happen again and I guarantee you I will tell everyone

So I do not recommend this pharmacy I contacted to find out about a probiotic for they’re not they had it in stock in the pharmacy. The man answer the phone was rude and and helping out with the last thing he wanted to do.

Don’t bother using the pharmacy. 5 phone calls, drive trough, finally inside and they tell me they only use Tricare. I know. I’m a 100% disabled veteran. Never had a problem anywhere else. I found it rude and they couldn’t be bothered. Easier to go somewhere else. I’ll never use this store again. If I could rate “-⭐️⭐️⭐️” I would.

I love this CVS and the people who work the front. Everyone is always happy and smiling and ALWAYS says hello when we walk in. Phil, Lori, Sabrina, Pam and Finley are a great team.. I love my Denison CVS..

Would give a zero but won't let me. Pharmacy refused to fill prescription (because it was pain meds) said it was corporate policy, (corporate said it's not it's left to the individual pharmacist) said because he didn't have insurance he couldn't fill it, even though I had cash. The ER called it in plus I had paperwork that showed he had a broke shoulder and collarbone. I asked the pharmacist why and his response was it's my license, when I asked for a written statement of this, he refused. Straight up said if he had insurance he would of filled it. This is discrimination.

Do not fill with the location if you need your medication every single day or you have severe symptoms. They are always out of medications or they are “out on order”. I’ve had to go go ER multiple times because this location did not fill my prescription when estimated to be filled. Some of the staff is helpful and the other is completely stoic, don’t give a flip about you or your business.

The pharmacy drive-thru line is absolutely ridiculous. Sometimes you sit there trapped for 15 minutes with one person at the window. They need to learn how to tell them to pull up

Don't walk, run from this sorry excuse and find a real pharmacy with competent staff. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. Rude and indifferent staff. There are too many better options. I am not sure which store is worse, this one or the Sherman store. They both suck.
