Seemed ok at first I thought I paid a month and evidently I didn’t well I had no idea no call no text and thank goodness I was checking email for insurance purposes and I get this email saying my stuff was gonna be auctioned off in 19 days which I thought was extreme the thing that really just didn’t set right with me felt as if I was betrayed they had my cell phone number and could’ve easily text me a message saying it was due or left me a message so when I saw that freaked me out I paid them that day and went there and got my stuff I’d rather it be outside in rain then it being sold with me having no idea if I wouldn’t have checked my email my stuff would’ve been sold

Went to empty the storage unit, before 10pm, and they put a lock on the door so I couldn't get my stuff out, they charged me for another day, thanks for nothing
