Store has been re-done looks nice. I always have important documents faxed here. Today is first time i have been in since re-do...my fax cost a lot more than before..i did not see a sign for cost beforehand.

We've been a customer of EZ Mail for a while & we have a box there; We've loved the employees as they are fabulous, however, here lately the regulars are not there! What happened?! & you never know when they'll be open. I stopped at lunchtime a couple of days ago & they were closed ? Then today I get a text that I had Mail so my husband stopped (he was also expecting a package) but nothing was there. When he asked, the answer was I don't know (big blonde lady). I want to complain; who do I contact?

I made them aware of minor issue and they went above and beyond fixing issue even giving me free tape. I am beyond impressed with service received. The staff is so very kind definitely will speak as highly as I can about them for all my shipping needs and too others in future.

The people are extremely friendly! You can get almost everything here! You can mail regular mail here, but this is not a post office! It is slightly more expensive than the post office. Worth it for convenience ? 5 stars!!!
