This beautiful Saturday morning I found myself in need of a secure place to store my possessions. I contacted Five Star Storage and received very professional and courteous help in selecting the best storage for my belongings. I wish to thank the staff for quickly getting me settled into their facility.

Traveled from out of state to get things from my storage unit. The key to the unit lock was lost in a previous move so I was going to need them to cut my lock off. Called the number on the way down and no one answered. Had other business to tend to while in town. Called again two days later (the day I was leaving the state) and my call was fielded by an agent who was not on site. I was told they needed to be notified 3-5 business days in advance in order to cut my lock off and it would cost $60 in cash. Upon arriving at 5 star storage, I learned that the maintenance man (the only person who could cut the lock off) had left for the day. They didn't close for a other hour. Although he would be back in for work sometime the next day, I had to leave that evening without gaining access to my unit.

Poor pitiful people. This place is no good. I’m glad I didn’t get much moved in due to their bug problem before they terminated my lease. They’re not even cleaning up the dead bugs all over the place. Shameful people causing problems.

I highly recommend 5 Star Storage in Denison. Scott & Tamara are helpful, nice & will take care of what you need. If you need storage, mailing, etc. be sure to see 5 Star Storage--across the street from Denison Walmart.
