“I had ordered 25 white carnations and 25 lavender carnation for our 50th wedding anniversary. Judy’s suppliers had difficulty getting the lavender carnations. They called the day before explaining the situation and offered an alternative. We were not excited but we accepted that they couldn’t find the flowers. The morning we were to pick the flowers up, they called and said that they were able to find the flowers we wanted. They kept trying and they succeeded!!”
