Rude. Difficult to get scripts filled in a timely manner. Heard one employee bad mouthing a customer they had just talked to on the phone. Would not recommend.

Very rude and judgemental...violates HIPAA!! CARE RX IN SHERMAN IS THE BEST PLACE TO GO!! Don't recommend Med choice at all...they are very judgemental to new patients! I have one Dr in Sherman I use...since I have limited transportation..My Dr calls in my meds at a pharmacy in sherman that is the best and have used for 5 years...when I recently moved to Denison about 2 blocks away from medchoice I had my Denison Dr call in my med here...They did not like it and started questioning me to why I'm using 2 different pharmacies...I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO EXPLAIN MYSELF..and she asked me personal questions about my meds around others which I felt uncomfortable..I have NEVER HAD A PHARAMACY QUESTION WHY I CHOSE TO USE THEM

I thought the CVS giant was great but then i heard about MedChoice and Susan. They are HANDS DOWN the BEST pharmacy & pharmacists i have ever used. Susan Jody and Nick remember my name and know some of my medical history so they keep me going on my many scripts!! What a wonderful group of people. I love going to see my pharmacists its a real pleasure!
