We have used hide away for approximately 2 years. Every time I had a question they had an answer and were polite about it. Always willing to help. Clean and safe! Best in town!

I had all my belongings here for about a year. Never had a problem. The service is great. 24/7 enterance was great with my schedule. I then rented another from them so I had 2. Great price great service.

Best experience ever! I've been a long time customer of Hideaway and I can tell you the new management team is incredible! Penny and her team have treated me like gold. They run the property like a well oiled machine and I really feel safe knowing my stored items are under their watchful eye 24/7. I've never had such good customer service from a storage facility before but it's refreshing. It just goes to show you that the right people make all the difference in the success of any facility or business. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Hideaway one of the best places for storage. Fenced in and 24 hour access which helped me out I highly recommend Hideaway for your temporarily or long term storage needs

This place is terrible, they never answer their phone or their emails. You have to have a code to get out of their facility which doesn't always work. My husband and daughter were at our storage unit and got trapped behind the gate due to the code not working and because my husband had to manually open the gate he ended up with a shattered leg and over $1,000,000 worth of surgeries. He called repeatedly to ask for help for over an hour. I suggest staying as far away from this place as possible. We have been trying to pay our bill and get our stuff out but no one is available to answer the phone or even call us back. I am very disappointed in them. This is no way to run a business.

Penny is amazing and is a very helpful and wonderful person and I feel very blessed to have met her. The facility is very clean and the gate code always works for me. There is cameras on site and she monitors the site from her home as well. I highly recommend anyone needing a storage unit to come here!
