I have used this h&r block for the last several years and have been pleased but this year the gentleman that did my returns was not very knowledgeable at all I am very disappointed with the job he did he sent a email I called he was busy its been three days he has still not returned my call I will probably still use them in the future but never him again

curtis was very cool, and the questions that i had asked him he was very spot on with. i couldnt have ask for a better tax agent. if i had to i would haft to choose him agian next year!

They're great. Unless you need then to answer the phone. Or call you back. Or answer any questions regarding your taxes and status. Over a month of inquiries and no answers.
