Beware!!!! Would not recommend. Wish I could give 0 stars! Are not helpful and even if you have been a customer for 50yrs+, they will still let you fall to wayside and make up excuses as to why they couldn’t help you. Girl on the phone was extremely rude and not helpful when explaining the situation to her. I’m sure she would have a different tone if it was her Grandpa getting the run around!
My customer has been waiting on a proper check since MARCH 2025, we are now in October. After receiving 3 checks that had the wrong mortgage, I talked to Kelly at the office, who assured me after I sent the email (September 8th) with ALL the information necessary for the mortgage company, that a correct check would be sent out. Assured me it would be taken care of, then over a month later, still no check and I call and he’s conveniently out of the office and a check hasn’t even been ISSUED….
So you couldn’t get that customer of 50+ years taken care of before hand? That’s fine, I got it handled now, but the that you assured me you’d take care of him and then didn’t is the reason why this review got posted. You only get paid due to the clients that use y’all, and if that’s how you’re going to take care of them, I’ll be sure to warn everyone so they don’t have to go through the same BS as my 90yr old client has been through just trying to get his home reconciled. My client has already told me he will be changing his insurance after this extremely disappointing experience. Atrocious is an understatement considering he’s a State Farm loyal customer for over 50 years! Y’all should be ashamed!!!

I’ve had both my car and renter’s insurance with Jim McClure State Farm for the past year and I couldn’t be happier.
