Kwik Kar has always been our go to for oil changes and any other services because they do such a good job but today I have to brag on Danny and Bob for their amazing service this morning! I brought my car up there to see if they could change out my headlight which is not something they do all the time and my car is harder than the average car when it comes to changing out headlights. They were quick and very helpful! They are always so nice and friendly when I go there! 10/10 recommend!!

Stay away from this place , Almost a month ago was in there and got an oil change , they replaced the oil plug and was done wrong or wrong plug something ! So we were on a road trip leaking oil all over the place , had to stop at a BMW dealership and had to have them put the right plug in after $400 later . Have been trying to get an answer from them on what can be done about this and just either not hear form them and waiting WEEKS on end or told we have passed the information on and investigating . There is no investigating about it , the plug was wrong and was the issue and done by them , even sent them the invoice from dealership they asked for . I have asked them to take care of the oil change we paid for that was done wrong and caused a good leak and luckily didn't break down on road trip and cost another $400 bucks we have asked for back cause of their doing . So moral of the story is stay away or take a chance Ur call . But if something goes wrong that is on their doing do not expect them to make it right as they should .

Thank you Robert for airing up my tires that badly needed air, felt so much better riding on the road, felt so much lighter and wasn't fighting me pulling to the right.

You made my chaotic day a little easier to get through.

Been using this place for over 10 years to service my diesel pickup. Never have I paid over $120.00 to change the oil until yesterday when I took my 2017 Ford F250 diesel truck in there that they have been servicing for the last 6 years. In March 2024, I paid $117.00 for the service but yesterday it cost me 157.00 for the same oil change. When I question them about it all they would tell me is for the last 10 years it was written up as a full service oil change and not full service DIESEL oil change. So Apparently the word DIESEL cost an extra $40.00 in labor because they sure didn't do $40.00 worth of extra work. Same engine same amount of oil drained, same amount of oil to refill, same oil filter. Little do they know I'm a certified diesel truck mechanic and know what it takes to service a truck. Needless to say I will not be using Kwik Kar to service my truck anymore and I do not recommend that anyone else let's them service there vehicle anymore.

Not worth the time if your not a WHITE customer. Sat for 20 minutes after barely being greeted only for the employee there to ask me about my car, give me a pre-prepared speech about how it'll take another 20 minutes for the 2 vehicles in the shop (that were already being worked on when I got there) to be finished.
Ok fine, a bit long but whatever. Then he drops everything almost as soon as he's done to worry about a truck, the owner was the correct skin tone, (or at least the same as him) that just pulled in and apparently just had to be handled immediately. Good to know that this branch is keeping racism alive!
Bonus points for the employee who was probably high being your customer facing person. Remember black and brown people, you aren't wanted here so keep your money and invest in people who treat you with respect.

this place used to be great but I am pretty pissed off that my car with 48k miles looks like it had oil poured all over the engine and headers which btw can easily cause a fire so thanks for that. I mean is it that hard to be patient and use a funnel? Car smells like shit and that oil will really increase the heat of the engine.
