Metro offers a very good experience with friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The representatives are knowledgeble, helpful and seamlessly walk customers through the entire process. Great customer service and a wonderful experience are highly recommended. Customers report happy, very fast service with no wait time and staff that stay late to help in emergencies. The staff are very good and out in the store. The Austin avenue location receives thanks for improving service and answering the phone when customers call.
