There is a new owner they took over the store and they don’t want to help you when you purchase something from MetroPCS or T-Mobile. I have to go to the store did you bought it from and it’s a MetroPCS device they won’t exchange it they won’t try to help you, not a good store to go to find a different location

Local agent in store was not knowledgeable on issues,I needed to take Care of. Maybe new team member ,"however" I couldn't resolve what I was there for. I had to get a ride to TX because there is not a Metro in Durant, Ok. So wasted time & Money. Thank you for listening.

Best visit at this store ever! Usually they don't have phones in stock and really don't have great customer service but today Laura went above and beyond! Not only did she help me understand my bill, she told me about internet services. She also helped with an upgrade and transferred everything over. Good job Laura! Thanks again! ?

Usually go to the store on Austin and they have the rudest employees so I decided to head to Morton for a change was pleasantly surprised the employees are super friendly and amazing special Thnxs to Liam for helping me get my new phone

I was a loyal customer for over 10 yrs I needed a new phone so a couple of weeks ago I went to purchase one I live in the country and tell the girl helping me more than once I live in the country I buy the phone she suggest to me every call was either dropped or the person on the other end could not hear me I take the phone back and they tell me to bad nothing we can do so I am now with cricket

I really wanted to speak with the owner of this store before posting this review but I must say I was absolutely appalled by my experience yesterday and I ended up spending over $500 at another local store in Sherman so I took the extra 15 minute drive because I entered the store on Morton street after calling twice from the parking lot and not a soul was in the store the 2 girls inside didn't answer the phone so finally I go in And they don't even greet us offer us any help and then finally when I go up to the counter I told them that we would like to switch from cricket and it was absolutely awful service and we hated cricket and we would please like to come back to metro. So she begins to tell us well we can't help you you need to call cricket and find out how long you've been with them you can't just be switching back-and-forth like that like thinking we're trying to dislike scam metro or something who I've been with for over 10 years! I was absolutely offended and will never spend a penny at that store I will take the extra drive any day of the week rather than deal with horrible employees that refuse to help their customer And make them feel appreciated like they should! This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had my own mysterysnailpros.com and I know all about customer service I'm a small local business here and I love to support local Know that they are independently owned and I personally just don't like contracts so I go with no contract phone companies so if you're reading this just know you lost a lot of commission we bought some very very nice phones we don't go for the free ones as well as cases screen protectors insurance on all 4 lines
