The people are nice and friendly, the wait wasn't bad at all. Most of all, I felt confident that I would be assisted. Something you can't always say.Just know that they can't do everything here. It's just a drop-off location. Have your package completely wrapped and ready to go.My advice is that it's well worth the effort to complete your package as much as possible at home and use this location rather than go to the UPS store.”
