I work here and it's a great place to work number one concern us the safety of their employees they put that above production which makes a very safe place to work...and everyone that I work with seem like genuinely good hearted and caring people...I plan to make a career out of this place and do my part to make it better in any way I can

NO STARS NEEDED! I had to click on a star to share this. I worked for this place for almost 4 years and they only pay the people that they like or who brings donuts and not by production or skills. Any of these reviews on here that say different is because they have a job that pays so-so and are probably use to working minimum wage jobs. HR will not do anything for you because they are part of the problem and the supervisors and leaders will not even notice your work. I started out in punch press and moved into the tool room. I made $13.xx when I started and I was only given change when I moved to the tool room. If you know you know! Just a little while in the tool room I was still making the low pay of $14.xx and they had raised the pay to $16 for Punch Press operators with no knowledge coming in. I was working a manual machinist position when I left this place. I loved what I did for work there but they didn't appreciate a good hand. I had bid out to go back to Punch Press and they just skipped me like I wasn't there and gave it to someone who hadn't been there for more than 3 months. Another guy who had 6 months less than I did was given a position in repair with more money and he couldn't even operate the mill that well. I freed myself of the liberal losers of that place and I would never work for them again. There's more to my story but I ain't got time for that. If you work here I hope you have a better experience but nothing changes there except the name on the building.

Great staff, great 4 day 10 hour shifts(for night shift), pay weekly, and they promote good safety (to the point they say they'll write me up about my goggles not being on while sitting down ?)From somebody who's only worked in fast food, this is the best job ever and they pay amazing

This is a great company and they have great products. Thier facility is clean and organized. The people are kind and polite. Keep up the good work Spectrum.

THEY DESERVE NO STARS!! Their management lacks integrity, respect, and discipline to support ALL employees! They’re hiring anybody with a heart beat placing them in dangerous work environments without proper training! @OSHA The supervisors and leads are all friends does no good to go to HR they’re spineless! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! ???

Jobs easy. But the supervisor and leads talk to you like you're a little kid . They treat you like complete garbage. At the south plant. Shouldn't have to walk on eggshells at uh our job
