Great service. Fast arrival for a tow. They arrived in less than 15 minutes. Miranda showed up and did everything she could to help. She jumped battery and even saved me tow miles. Would definitely recommend.

Brian went above and beyond to ensure that i got the help that I needed. He couldn't change my tire because the lugnut key was missing so he filled the tire with air and led me to the nearest tire shop that could help me. I appreciate him for staying with me until he knew I was in a safe place that could change my tire. Brian had a great attitude, was friendly, and seemed to genuinely care that I got the help that I needed. Thank you, Brian!

Used Texoma auto care in Denison for several years. Recently sent my daughter to them, even though the guy who I dealt with let me know he was leaving the shop. I will say Robbie was the glue, that held it together. I dropped her car off, her and I both told them a price point, well they do not call and do not send an estimate on work, before they work on it. Again, I know Robbie is not there, as they clearly told me. I could go on and on, about the handling of this shop now, it’s not the same place it used to be to be. Get everything in writing and just know they upcharge if they feel you are being rude, which that was his wife was the rude one. And when we said price point is this, and let me know estimate before hand it went from 280, 800, and final number 1200. Don’t go here. No it’s not me being a Karen, I have receipts to back it all up.

I can't say enough good things about Tyler!! He was an absolute lifesaver when I hit a pot hole and ended up in a ditch. He arrived quickly, was super cool, sweet, funny, and handled everything with care and efficiency. His friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with, for a second I forgot I was being towed lol. I went from bawling on the side of the road to giggling at my drop off! The pricing was cheap, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was safe and taken care of. I highly recommend his towing service to anyone in need! Thank you for the amazing service, Tyler!

Tyler got here quickly and towed us back to our home city decently far away. He was a pleasure to talk with during the ride back, and made sure we were taken care of before leaving.
