“Highly recommended with definitely use them again, pricing up front no hidden fees was exactly what they said, more economical than most. I can't say enough I would highly recommend these people at least checking them out. Thank you very much for all your help.”

“The staff was polite, patient, and thoughtful. They ordered the correct parts and had our truck fixed and ready the same day for way less that a shop across town who wanted to replace a part that would have not fixed the true problem and was going to cost triple. Thank you Ellis Auto!”
“I recently had a few issues with my 2017 Chevrolet 6.2 liter z71 Silverado pickup. I took it to A&O in Pottsboro and told them
My concerns.
This is perhaps the most honest, and transparent service shop I have ever experienced ! They listened, were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.
After doing the repairs and diagnostics on my truck, they showed me a report of all things done, along with some future concerns.
Rope (service advisor) explained what was repaired, and some issues I may want addressed in the near future.
Anyone looking for another auto repair shop I would highly recommend A&O.
They are friendly, knowledgeable, with a clean state of the art repair shop, and a hometown atmosphere.. I plan on doing all my future business with A&O.

“I recently rented a trailer from Rick's and my ball and hitch was not installed correctly on my truck from another installer. The owner and one of his guys came out and reinstalled my hitch in the 100+ degree heat to be sure I was safe when leaving with the rented trailer. This was not part of their job or what they were being paid for but they did it to help and to keep me safe. I can not say enough how much this was appreciated and how this was above and beyond. I will always use Rick's simply because they care and look out for their customers.”
