Very friendly staff but I found it strange they had me pick up 10 miles away when in fact they had a U-Haul dealer litteraly 3 blocks from my location. They said that they did not have a truck available but this was not true the truck I questioned did not move from that location until Monday morning. I rented on Saturday...
