The gentleman at K&C Surplus is extremely kind. I have had to rent from him a few times and he is a very good man. Very helpful. Very understanding. I will continue to use him for moves going forward and I recommend him to everyone I know

Owner of this U-Haul was extremely nice and helpful when me and my roommate were in a bind and needed a rental ASAP!!! Spoke with him for about 15min just about his business and was a truly genuine person, would 100% recommend anyone to this dealer!

Owner was so sweet and funny. It was the easiest uhaul I’ve ever rented and his surplus store is really cool. Never felt so safe leaving my car somewhere either. Overall I’d give 100/10 stars if I could.

Awesome place! The process of renting a Uhaul was so easy and the guy was friendly, helpful and had me laughing to whole time! We rented from here twice in one week and both times with completely smooth. Definitely recommend this place!! :)

I called to request a truck and was told they didn’t have one in my size. No big deal, just was in a rush to try to find one & when the gentleman told me he didn’t have the one I needed. He said thank you for calling though & I said ok. & hung up, nothing personal just need to get to work asap. & I called again maybe 10 mins later & said hey I just called earlier looking for a truck & he cut me off to say yeah and you hung up on me & then hung up on me. I called 3 times after that, thinking maybe we got disconnected but then realized he was just sending my calls to voicemail and one he just let ring. Very disappointed I couldn’t get the chance to say sorry for hurting his feelings. That wasn’t my intention. I got my mind set on the money which is work. I work at a very fast pace. And was just trying to get on the phone with another location who may have a truck. I think him hanging up on me was a petty & childish way “to get back at me”.
