Never in my life have i heard the mess they told me. I had a motocycle wreck. I asked them why my mail never gets picked up or delivered. . They told me there not obligated to drop or pick up are mail. What kinda rodeo show is this

Why do I get “no access to delivery location” for every other package when there is never anything blocking my mailbox, leaving tomorrow without my package, after reading other reviews I see this is a common issue

I'm very disappointed. I need to do a change of address for me and my kids, and they want me to bring their birth certificates. There is no way that is any of their business and can't be legal. I wanted to avoid the fee to change our address online, but that's what I'm gonna do. We move a lot, and I know this is not a standard policy of the postal service

A return address on a letter IS NOT REQUIRED!

If I could give 0 then I would. The office is fine but the mailmen who run the routes are so rude. Especially the old white half bald man on my street he's the worse they need to get rid of him already

I recently moved to Denison and as you see in most of these posts, I also have experienced every day other peoples mail in my box or my mail in other peoples box! The reason I originally came here was because i have had one package bounce back to Dallas 3 times.... Now I see why... I would assume they are not there to accept it or just too dumb to be able to do their job??? Very sad someone needs to step in and do something about this.....
