I had my truck towed in on a Monday late afternoon and they said they were a little bit backed up, but they always are when I drove by to go to work on Thursday morning. I noticed my truck was no longer in the parking lot so that early afternoon I drove by And stopped and he was working on my transmission and I asked him what the verdict was and he was honest and said that my transmission was pretty much screwed and trust me it was a no BS assessment. I asked him when he thought it would be done and I was told that it should be done by Friday so the next day. Around noon, I called and he said he was riding up the paperwork on the truck and that I could go ahead and pick it up when I got there he had me take the The truck for a test drive and it was night and day difference so this place has a super fast turnaround and so far they seem to do some pretty damn good work

David and Bryan are very professional mechanics and went above and beyond to fix my parentās van transmission. They also found another oil cooler leak that could have been catastrophic and recommended Torresā shop, who was also very helpful, friendly, and honest. However, because we were needed immediate service due to travel issues, Bryan graciously agreed to do the repair of the oil cooler and extensive flushing of the coolant system. He went above and beyond with integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and friendliness. We highly recommended their service.

Wonderful service and honest communication! We don't live locally anymore and our transmission went out here, states away from home with kids in tow. They worked hard, got the job done efficiently, even doubled checked it all before we drove the 700 miles home. And the van worked flawlessly! If that's not a good review about a job well done I don't know what is!Thanks for caring and helping us avoid the big snow storm!

Quoted 2 to 3 days and must leave vehicle. Did nothing after 8 business days. Became extremely discourteous when I politely went to pick up my truck. Said āI donāt want to do your truckā after I politely said that when you get ready to work on it, give me a call. He was upset with me after he didnāt make his commitments. Terrible business and attitude. Strongly suggest not to go there.Service: Transmission

Had a reputable transmission person look at it. Dropped the pan and found two bolts in the pan from the manifold pressure switch. The bolts had not been tightened properly by David Watson Transmissions. This was all the issue was. Replace bolts, paid $85, and that fixed the issue. Again David Watson Transmission does very subpar work. I do not recommend unless you want continuous problems. Is there a way to post a 0 star?
