I would like to praise the crew at my branch, with special thanks for Jennifer Rigsbee and Miss. Letha. During the last few months, they have kept me sane during a very rough time.

Locked out of my account , online banking and access to my money until they say my ex-husband Has to be added to the account because he deposits a child support payment each month… I think they’re idiots. He’s done that for the last 17 years now all the sudden because someone makes a deposit in my account they have to be added I’m not sure if this place has any brains! I mean idiots! I would, for sure give less stars if I could. . Consumer, beware!

Stopped by to exchange a ripped $5 bill (more than half remaining with serial number intact) but young man working their just laughed and said "we need all the good ones we have". Will not be giving them any business anytime soon for being so rude.

Originally I would have given this a flat one star. But the few employees that work out deserve better. I use the Sherman location 95% of the time and Dave, Jennifer, Eric, all do an outstanding job to help us when we have any kind of issue. They go above and beyond. But this store in Denison is run by a manager that has a stick so far up her behind it's coming out of her throat. She gave us the issues before, and they didn't feel very personal, and we decided to stop there again some months later, today, and once again she screwed up our account making our funds unavailable. I would highly highly advise not using this branch. And if you do use it keep it to the employees out front, anything that requires the manager or anything, avoid at all costs!!

I'm still currently banking with the Denison, TX location, however this will change very soon with any good luck. My unfortunate term spent with Woodforest Bank began through speaking with a banker, who was exceptionally helpful in setting up an account. However she neglected to mention, when I asked about purchasing from foreign locations, that my card would be flagged with potentially fraudulent purchases and blocked every time. She also failed to mention that my card would be flagged and blocked very nearly everywhere. I've dealt with this for going on six months and just in the last two days I've had as much occur at the obscure little known stores known as "Pizza Hut", "Patreon", and even had a transaction bounce at THEIR OWN ATM despite having plenty of money in the account. When I confront my branch asking why this happened, if there's any way to fix it, etc. I'm greeted by employees who both seem irritated that I'm asking and, after pulling up my account on a computer, ultimately saying that I'm wrong despite my card being blocked...a fact they call "confusing" before "fixing" it and attempting to end my interaction (though I haven't been rude, and in fact polite and very patient.)Never in my life have I had such a poor excuse for banking services and I would recommend everyone, even people I hate, steer far far away from this "banking" establishment. I shouldn't be getting angry on a nearly daily basis for having over $300 on average in my account, yet having ZERO access to it unless I call and essentially ask permission to spend my own damn money. Don't waste your time, you'd be better served just about anywhere else I'd imagine. Shove your money in a shoebox. Anything other than this. Anything.
