My family has used this tax service for years and they have made so many mistakes. The past 3 years I have had to submit claims and sit on hold with the IRS for countless hours because I never received any of my tax refunds. I physically went into the office and had them change my address because the prior two years I submitted a different address, they didn’t change it!!

Hired for ERC credit.. Took my deposit.. It’s been 8 months now, they still haven’t filed my paperwork and now I’m asking for documents and deposit back. They lie and waste your time. AVOID!

Sara the owner of the lucky stops in Oklahoma and in Texas hired him to do the company W-2 and he has fail miserably at doin so the first time he got my husbands name AND Social messed up. It's been going on a month and a half and he has done absolutely nothing. He said " I have all the information in front of me but haven't gotten to it yet" 4weeks later the SAME excuse. The employer hasn't don't anything to have him speed the process up.
He is down right unprofessional in all aspects! I wouldn't recommend anyone use him nor work for a company like luck stop stores that has such a poor choice in taking the cheapest route out, you get what you pay for!
