All 7-Elevens with closed restrooms are not worth visiting. It is a symbol of the depravity of 7–Eleven and should be closed.

If 2.5 was an option, they’d get that.
This location charges higher price than what’s labeled on their shelves. Convenience is a great commodity unless management abuses product placement…
Anyone shopping here should think twice after picking items from these shelves.
They told me the price was right for paper towels. ((At that moment, neither of the 2 people watching the front voluntarily confirmed the labeling mistake.)) I had to take a picture for them to acknowledge it.
Second time, overcharged me for baking soda.
Overall, their store options are okay.
For service and pricing: the first incident could’ve been an accident, but after the second I know they are using unethical practices for sales goals— or just lazy.

I'm glad that the prices for gas here are so reasonable. There's also a nice amount of snacks inside. I suppose I just wish that there were actually more gas pumps installed.

I went to this location to purchase some beer, and the cashier was kinda rude. The cashier in question had dyed hair, I think pink. She asked me for my ID, and I flipped my wallet open displaying my valid ID. She then cops an attitude and tells me “you know that isn’t the correct way to show your ID because we have to scan it.” Never once have I been asked to remove my ID from my wallet for it to be scanned by any employee, ever. I don’t go to convenient stores to be lectured about YOUR store’s protocol. Maybe you should communicate that to the other employees instead of harassing customers who don’t know any better. It is not my job to know your store policies.

You didn’t speak when I walked up (lacking customer service skills), then when I paid you $5 for my $2.36 purchase…YOU KEPT MY CHANGE!!I had to tell you to give me my change. It was not busy, so you weren’t “overwhelmed” due to that….Don’t keep people’s change!!! Greet people when they come in!!!! Greet them at the counter!!!

Convenient and familiar; same as most 7-11's.

This is the worst 7-11 in Denton. It's always filthy, the lids for the drinks or out half the time, today I went in and there is a group of guys hanging out in front all smoking and sitting on the bottles of water. Some of the staff in the AM are nice, but most of the staff is extremely rude.

The staff here is so disrespectful and the manager does nothing. I stopped in to get drinks for my son and I. While checking out I showed him the barcode in my app to scan when the guy proceeded to try and snatch my phone from my hand. I pulled it back and said don't try to take my phone out of my hand. He got visibly agitated as he said he was moving it closer. I said you could simply say you need it closer don't snatch it from my hand. At this point he got verbally aggressive and told me that I could just leave. He stayed this was the entire time I checked out. I asked to see the manager and he told me I would have to wait. I asked his coworker to go getthe manager and she came out. She apologized and said she would talk to him but the whole time he is still running his mouth to me telling me to leave. She is standing next to him the entire time he is doing this and does nothing to stop or correct the behavior. Worst part is he admitted to being new hire. It was very clear he didn't want to be there and work with the public so maybe he shouldn't be there.
