This place is Disgusting and unsanitary the bath bathroom is so unclean they don't even fill the soap dispenser that they least they could do if there gonna leave the bathroom in such condition like that the hole store smell terrible like dirty trashcan ?

Absolutely Rude and disrespectful customer service, The cashier down there working on may 23, Thursday (8:30pm) was yelling “ I hate people” and was being rude. This gas station is right next to my apartment and the other cashier is respectful every time I go there but she ruined my whole day.

Horrible location. The large Hispanic man/woman was beyond rude and called the cops on me after I just informed her that the ATM wasn't working properly. I called the customer service number as well to report the incident and nothing was done. Never heard back from that after I was cursed out, threatened, and had the cops called on me. The Denton PD informed me that the same person calls them often for no legitimate reason.

I liked they had a lot of options and the cashiers were really nice and helpful one cashier let us pet her cat. It was a good experience

Easily the worst 7/11 I’ve been to in denton. All of the old lady’s there are extremely rude and lazy, and I smell alcohol on them anytime I go. Doesn’t matter what time of day. Half the time they are smoking out front while people are waiting in line to buy something. They shut the gas pumps off at night and have no working air machine for tires. Like I said, easily the worst 7/11 in Denton. If there was an award for “least helpful and most inconvenient gas station in Denton” this 7/11 would win a gold ribbon. 0/10 review.

Went to get airIn tires last night. Show it takes a credit card , but does not work. Put 2.00 in quarters. 2 .00 for air “Ridiculous “ literally stayed on for a few seconds! Unacceptable!!

Refuses to refund my money on a gas purchase. Didn't use all I put on the pump. Won't refund it.

I've been to this gas station so many times and the staff has always been very proficient and I've never had any problems but for the last 2-3 weeks every time I've gone in it smells like someone vomited combined with dirty mop water or something terrible. Yesterday it was so unbearable that I couldn't think straight while I was in there. I don't know how the staff can work. Outside of this issue everything else has been fine, they always have things stocked.

After purchasing $50 in gas, I went inside to use the restroom. It was out of toilet paper and paper towels. I asked the male cashier if I could have a roll of toilet paper to take to the restroom. He rudely declined, saying he didn't have time to help me and that he would need to shut down the restroom to be cleaned anyway. I won't be stopping here for gas in the future. Instead, I'll go across the street. DO NOT RECOMMEND this gas station for paying customers.
