Terrible service, cashier woman is extremely rude, I've been going there for 2 weeks so it's not just "having a bad day". Today she tried to tell me to do her job by replacing a donut in the case that someone in front of me had touched and left. The cashier wouldn't give me her nam and tried to kick me me out because I wouldnt comply with her demand. What a joke. I'm never going there again. The owner would make more money if he hired better employees. If 0 star was an option I would choose that.

I don't understand why in the black neighborhoods everything costs more at 7:11 how come the price ain't the same how is water $8 at 1 and then 5 at another.

Please be careful at this location my dad was attacked yesterday by a White skin all tatooted man approx 6ft tall, while he was pumping gas for no reason. The guy stated that he was going to kill him and started to attack him pouring gas on my dad, the man also broked both of the doors bending them, passenger and driver side, he was uncontrollable, a witness called the police, then after they did nothing to that man, and now they have done nothing to find that dangerous man.The store manager then told my dad to not return, he was not the trouble.. He was on his way home from work, he could have been killed.. InsaneUpdate from 3 years ago;Please be aware, lock you car and be careful :(Years later the man is still there, walking around Valero and 7 11… Police just let him walk slowly away without even trying to arrest him.. My dad still remembers this, he had a traumatic time, with horrible dreams…

I usually like this location because of convenience. However, on one particular day their internet was down and they had a barely noticable sign on the door. To add to the issue, the cashier was scanninng items without telling people that the card reader was down first. She was also more concerned with talking on her bluetooth headphone and talking smack about customers to her fellow associate in their mother tongue.

Dirty and not stocked. I usually go to 7-11 for coffee but nothing was stocked for coffee and the counter looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. I walked out.

Cashier's were not helpful. I asked to load money on a card of mine and if there was a fee and he continued to tell me that it declined it so I went to another 7/11 and that cashier loaded the incorrect amount which I clearly asked for. I just got frustrated and left. My money did get loaded at 2nd store but more then I asked for. It was a very disturbing experience in all.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, my boyfriend who is African American was profiled twice now while shopping in this store. He was followed around the store and even followed as he walked to the register to check out. He bought two sodas and was profiled simply for the color of his skin. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. There were two white females whom walked to the store and were shopping at the same time and they were left alone to shop peacefully without presumed assumptions. It is 2022 and if this is how a business is still ran I will ensure the world knows about it. I am appalled and beyond words at this point. I will never recommend this location nor this establishment to anyone. If this is the type of employees 7-eleven hires and or allows to franchise their brand they need to seriously re-evaluate their decisions.
