This was hands down the worst 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to. The store was an absolute mess — boxes stacked everywhere, aisles blocked, and trash overflowing. Both the manager and employees were extremely rude and acted like customers were an inconvenience. The restrooms were “out of order,” which seems to be a permanent situation here.
It’s clear that nobody cares about cleanliness or customer service at this location. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here for anything. It’s disappointing to see a store carry the 7-Eleven name and operate this poorly.

This is the best 7-Eleven in town. They always have cookies that are neither over or undercooked, the door is always unlocked, and the bathroom is always clean. Maybe best of all, the soda fountains always seem to have the correct syrup concentrations. That is a subtle mark of a well run convenience store.

Never even ask if I want a receipt, just assume I don’t. Not kind, zero customer service. I just don’t get it. Owner is always very nice but that’s it.

Went in to grab a 12 pack of Dos Equis bottles. As I grabbed the case, the case behind it fell off the shelf. One of the employees commented that they had been told not to stock the shelves this way so that this did not occur anymore as this had been an issue before.
However another employee came out on the phone with I presume was the owner. I had already purchased my items so I took them to my car and returned inside as they had asked. The woman on the phone said that if I refused to pay for the broken case (even though the employee had already admitted to me that they were told not to do stock the shelf the way that cases the case to fall) I must give them back the case I purchased without refund. I refused as I had already purchased the alcohol and their employees had said it wasn’t my fault, and if she wanted me to pay for it to contact the police and have them come mediate who was at fault.
She then told me to leave and that I’m not allowed in the store again.
TLDR don’t attempt to charge people for items that are broken if your own employees are going to say that I wasn’t at fault and that you had told employees they needed to fix the issue that caused the accident to begin with.

Great 7-11 location! Clean, super friendly staff and SLURPEE machines are always working! We come here several times per week.

i have to use cash at this location because the pumps try to place a hold of $175 on your credit card! ONE HUNDRED & SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS!!!! what kind of car do you drive that you spend $175 on a single fill-up?!? absolutely ridiculous!!

I do a lot of travelling and visit a lot of convenience stores and this store is by far the best 7-11 I have ever visited. VERY clean and the staff is very friendly and personable. Also, the store is very well stocked. Great place and great experience. 👍👍

I always have an issue with trying to find a spot to fill up my gas cause the pumps are so close. They don’t let you use rewards when purchasing items or getting gas. This past trip, I had to wait cause their system was down and they kept trying to get me to use cash when I told them I didn’t have any. So then they tried to have me use the ATM. Which there is a huge fee on. Not very helpful. Super annoyed everytime I go to this gas station. When it first opened it was wonderful but it’s gone downhill since then.

Tried to buy a Chipotle Gift Card and the long-haired cashier told me they only accept cash for gift cards. After getting a $20 from the ATM I went back to a different cashier, who told me that apparently only the OTHER cashier (the one who told me it needed to be in cash) could ring up my gift card. He had no prior issues ringing up for other people but not for a $20 gift card? That apparently could only be in Cash?? Something doesn’t sound right. If cash only for gift cards is a part of 7-Eleven’s policy I’ll remove/adjust this rating, but please look into this. Sounds like a possible scam.

The older gentlemen with the glasses I presume to be the owner of this location is a stand up guy. Is always helpful, attentive, and caring to all customers. He deserves the world.

They are always friendly to me. Clean inside and parking lot is clean also. If I notice a pump or the air machine broken it is always fixed quickly. Line moves quick at checkout which is great because it's a very busy location.
Wish there was more parking sometimes, but again it's a busy location.

I tried to use their air pump. It's fancy and cuts off at the psi you program it at. It costs 2.50 for 5 minutes, so it should be fancy. You can use quarters or your credit card, in theory. However, the change slot is jammed with coins and the 5 minutes raised my tire pressure two psi. Don't use this machine.

I have been in a rough spot for about a year now after some unexpected things came to surface. I have been staying with a family member since then and I use a bicycle for transportation. I have used this 7/11 and the convenient store around the block called kenos. Long story but the “owners” workers; maybe not all but they are so prejudice and just disrespectful and act entitled. Since I use a bike and look “rough” they treat me so bad. It has opened my eyes to how corner stores and gas stations treat our people at such rough times in their life. Terrible management and ownership drive 3-5 miles. Your welcome
