The whole reason I was here was that I followed thieves who stole my EV scooter which was GPS tracked. They have a storage container here that they used to hide all of their victims belongings. The thieves were caught and arrested. This storage place needs to do a better job of making sure that their business is not used for criminal activity.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Save yourself a LOT of grief. ZERO response from management. Gave plenty of notice that we were leaving, no response from them. However they continue to charge my credit card and continue to refute as I am no longer using them. Don't Use Them.

Beware - vacated unit and they are still charging me. Can't reach owner, only call center who is no help and frequently confused.
We used their Krum location for about 2.5 years and had no trouble. The unit was reasonably priced.
HOWEVER, when I decided to vacate the storage unit I gave a 45-day notice. I called their number, which goes to a call center out of country, and you can't ever reach the owner. About a week before the end of May I called again to verify I was moving out as of 5/30/25. The call center said, yes, we have your notice and we have cancelled your auto payment. Well guess what? On 6/1/25 they took out another payment. I have called no less than 5 times in the past 2 weeks and still no refund. In fact the call center got nasty with me and said only the owner can do it, IF I am truly owed a refund.
Is it really right that I rent a place and faithfully make my payments on time each month. Give proper notice, leave the unit clean and yet this happens. Very disappointed in how this all ended.
BTW - I think the owner is George Fulop and the call center won't give me his info and I can't find a good working phone number online. But he does live in Krum Texas and owns another company called Canam Carwash. Just beware that you can never reach the owner.

Stay away from this place!!!
It has been 3 months since I notified them I would no longer be parking here and I am still being charged!
I have to dispute the charge EVERY SINGLE TIME.

How do you get someone to call you back? Renting a unit should not be this difficult. I talked to their answering service twice and also emailed them. Lack of response before the sale usually indicates poor customer service after the sale so were moving on…

Great place for storing an RV, Boat, or Trailer. I had the 40’ pull through spot. Gates always worked, if not, after the instance of a strong storm, they would have it fixed within the next hour. Camera systems in place for security. Customer service was always good.

Was a tenant for 2 years without incident. Reason for the 3 stars is we moved out of state months ago. We gave notice of our departure, yet we're still getting billed. I've tried calling and emailing them but have yet to get any reply. Very frustrating.

We've been using the Denton storage facility for about 3 years now and it's great. Very secure, easy to access and move in and out of and quick and helpful customer service. They also have the best prices around. Highly recommend!

Looking to find a place to store a 24' bumper pull travel trailer close to home and found this place. Went to check them out before paying for a storage space online. What a mess! Couldn't find the one in Krum because the address on the website is the address of an unrelated business. Two of the three addresses online were wrong. The one that was correct was for a place with an unrelated sign out front. Tried calling but gave up after 30 minutes on hold listening to a recording saying how "important" my call was. Finally found the place but can't see it because it has a 10' solid fence around the lot. When I finally got someone on the phone they weren't much help. Told me that the address on the web site "should" be correct (it isn't) and that the government wouldn't let him put up his sign. If just LOOKING at the place is this much of a hassle I wouldn't consider doing business with an outfit run so poorly.

Renting a 8x20 unit here. Renting can be completed online, which is very convenient. There is no paving at this location, so that would have been nice. Rental price, however, is the cheapest I could find in Denton. Would recommend.

.. UPDATE since i was robbed got back alot of my power tools and other stuff. Everybody watch out for Dalton Knowles of Denton and all his herion addict friend's. UPDATE the property manager has installed a hole new security system cameras everywhere. This place is good to rent from and he is still upgrading and improving. Cheap rent and good security now.
