I really like the bedroom set I ordered, but the glass top dresser and night stand has proven to be dangerous and light in headboard hard to use. I have to hit light fixture over and over to turn it off, but the doozy is the incedent that happened while I was asleep. The glass on my dresser suddenly exploded and glass was all in my bed from the explosion. In the video you can still hear the glass crackling.

Thank you Aarons for helping me get affordable payments and being a part of my transition to Denton . And Especially to the young Lady Telia who helped me last week pick out my Bedroom set an Mattress she showed so much patience an excitement.
Sometimes we have to do what needs to be done even if we don't feel up to it. This young Lady helped me feel so confident in the decision I was making. That is what customer service is all about!!!

Never thought I would be changing this review. But Aaron’s corperate finally verified my home as my home and not my nephews address. The manager I spoke with was very cordial and allowed me to adjust my payment dates. And there is a woman there named Stephanie who was actually extremely pleasant! I still won’t go 5⭐️ because of all the past issues. But whatever has change at this location, it’s made a positive impact! Thank you!!!

Run! Far far away from this location! The manager straight up threatened me when I said I’d press charges if he BROKE IN TO MY HOME when im not there to get my couch! ?? please keep in mind. This is the first time I’ve ever been behind on payments, and it’s bc my wife passed away and I hadn’t worked in a couple weeks! I’m telling you, these people should not be messed with! Read through the other dozens of 1 stars! I can believe they haven’t been shut down yet!

I would give them zero stars if I could I spent hours in the store picking out what I wanted and singing the lease agreement just to be told they can not lease to use hours after being in there doing the paper work and signing everything

I am posting this review as I an upset with the harassment I received today. I am going through a serious medical condition and I have been working on my acct and a rep came to my home today abs beat on my door non stop for 20 minutes recorded on my ringcam and placed a notice over my ringcam camera!!! I can't get out of bed and he covered my ringcam with a doorknocker!!!!...this is wrong on so many levels...I have stayed in contact worked with them and now my safety is in jeopardy because he blocked my ringcam!!!...who does that!!!

Walked in this location planning on purchasing. As I walked inside there were 4 people at the counter . One specifically looked at me and didn’t speak a word. As I glanced and walked around nobody acknowledged me even being in the store . All around customer service is non existent. Do better seriously

Good place to go if you don't want to buy appliances and furniture all at once. The fees are outrageous though. If you're gonna commit make sure you can afford it. I got a 70inch TV which I love very much. The delivery man set it up so I didn't have to lift a finger
