Walked in this location planning on purchasing. As I walked inside there were 4 people at the counter . One specifically looked at me and didn’t speak a word. As I glanced and walked around nobody acknowledged me even being in the store . All around customer service is non existent. Do better seriously

Good place to go if you don't want to buy appliances and furniture all at once. The fees are outrageous though. If you're gonna commit make sure you can afford it. I got a 70inch TV which I love very much. The delivery man set it up so I didn't have to lift a finger

My brother in law bought a bed and July and left the store believing that if anything happened to him the remaining balance would be waved. He passed away on December 30th believing that we would not have to pay for the bed. We notified Aaron's the next day and they told us we would have to join the Aaron's club, which we did. We submitted his death certificate 10 days later. Since then we have been getting different answers from both the Denton store and corporate. Today we could out that our request to wave the balance was denied because he was not a paying member of the Aaron's club the day he died. I don't trust what Aaron's says

I just moved here from another state and both ladies in this store were super helpful and made the prices easy! As well as helped explain anything I had more questions on, this was the fastest stress free buying I’ve ever done! Definitely will be back

Amazing people. Dulce was a great help. I need it a bed and she walk me through the whole process and i end up with a great agreement. They deliver on the day i was told and on time and the delivery guys where amazing. They set up the bed and ask me if i had any questions to let them know. I really like this place.

Staff at location was friendly, just typically following bs policy and procedures. They have my indoor AC unit at the location, but cannot release it to me because they have to verify location with first delivery. BUT I had to go to the store ( where my unit is and can fit in my back seat ) to scan my ID. My AC is out. Today is Saturday, they cannot deliver my unit till Monday.... 15 min away , I cannot take my product .... Monday ... seriously ?? Now let’s see if I get it Monday ...

Have been a loyal customer of Aarons for years and have aid off so many agreements well when this pandemic hit and i lost my job i notified them and i was still making payments on time even with the unemployment, now that the 600 extra is gone i was not able to make the payments i wanted to enroll in aarons club and all they could say is when can we come get the merch, shoot i said anyday if you arent willing to help a long time customer.. NEVER AGAIN will i go to aarons people Stay away from them. when a pandemic hit or something happens they do not care all they want is the money.. so go else where if you can

I am trying to keep my payments up to date, in fact I am only have a few days late, but they are the only company that calls you 500 times a day to charge you in the middle of the pandemic, they do not want to give you time to pay, it is awful. it's so stressful.

I purchased a washing machine along with several other items from this store. I also paid for the Aaron’s Club coverage. The washing machine lasted for almost two years. I called in to make arrangements for repairs. The store representative looked up my plan and said my coverage had just expired and all she could offer was to buy a new one or call Samsung. I asked if they had a repair guy that she could refer to me. She said they had one but I could not use him. I asked if she had any other options for repair. She said no and said if I did not want to buy one then she could not help. Maybe she should have just led with: We can not help. That way she could avoid waisting my time. No help!
