I love this place!! The garden section is AWESOME! Sign up for Ace Rewards and get coupons! They have some really dedicated people that work there and they are all so friendly and waiting to help you find what you’re looking for when you walk in the door! They get chicks in and are always happy to let us admire them ❤️ they have everything from pool supplies, bbqs, spices and sauces, plants, paint and all the hardware stuff too! They are always having customer appreciation events. I am impressed with the displays they have when you walk in.

Love Ace, so much better than any of the big box stores. You get personal attention and help, they have a rewards program and send coupons. Knowledgeable staff and very helpful! Thank you Ace!!!

I have always loved Ace... And now they have a nice place!I didn't have time to explore the new store location and apparently all of its benefits such as the little Garden Sales spot outside... Was sad to see nobody was taking advantage of the 5 gal'n bucket "sale". I don't fully understand it, but there's a charity that they donate to, or a group of charities, But then, I think it was early Sunday morning when I was there - I don't care what day it is I'm retired now - but maybe things got happenin' after church let out.I don't have much money these days, so I couldn't help out the charities or take advantage of a serious plot to stick the most I could into a 5 gallon bucket*. Believe me, I have excellent spatial aptitude and I could have packed that bad boy with very little air space in between the items. I would get my money's worth, and Ace would definitely get their loss write-off from me.We had ordered some parts for an older pressure cooker [you have to pre-pay for stuff like that, of course], 2 cashiers were busy so I waited at the corner where there is a third register that was empty and when those customers were done Cashier Girl asks me if I was being helped/could she help me; so I told them that we pre-ordered parts and she says OK and points, "that is where you can pick them up, at the [whatever] counter" pointed way to the back of the store at a sign. "Of course, I can", I discontentedly mumble. I said "fortunately, i can make it back there, but wouldn't have the juice to be able to walk back". So, the other cashier tells me he'll go back, pick it up; what's my name and so forth. Very helpful people, always!Unfortunately the gasket that got sent; according to the box it was supposed to replace parts for models this, that, and th'other, which was, I guess supposed, to include ours, but was not actually what is needed for our lid. I've used a pressure cooker enough years to know that I would have to buy 3 of those skinny replacement parts they say will work on my pressure cooker. If I tried to cook something using that replacement part the keg would blow when it reached boiling and built up pressure, causing a mess all over my stove and floor that I would not wanna clean up!Something went wrong somewhere on the parts replacement manufacturing end. Not Ace's fault, because if they had entered in the wrong model or part #, number, then I wouldn't have got the right little plug - unless that was a total fluke. So I got a refund on The Whole Shebang [once they figured out how to refund a prepaid order]. I got the impression it doesn't happen that often, or maybe they were new cashiers.I'm going to have to take my pressure cooker lid in, or maybe, I'll just take the whole thing to make sure I get the serial or model # correct when they type it in and show them all the pieces and parts that need to be replaced. Maybe they can do some magic in the Looking Up Department online. It'll get done, alright, Ace has never failed me. Ever.Signed, A 40 yrs Faithful Patron* After a donation, that is. I think that's the way it works.

We are glad to have chosen Ace Hardware in Denton to buy our lawn mower and grass blower as everyone there was so helpful. They even helped load the items into the car and answered all our questions. They are truly into customer service and we love this! Thank you Ace!

They have everything you would and can need for DYI home repairs and improvements. Prices are higher because they are more convenient than going to Lowes or Home Depot. Highly recommended!!!

It is great to see people like Joshua that go beyond normal customer service to find that $ 1.96 bolt that will save me from a $130 service call. Don't know how, but it always a good experience when I shop here. (Moved down the strip mall and have lots more room.)
