They were very helpful in identifying the problem with my car and explaining in detail what was wrong and what exactly needed to be fixed or replaced. They even helped me with getting financing set up and kept me updated all throughout the repair process.

I was in a bind regarding a complicated alignment situation on a Saturday and was pleased to find out they were open until 4pm. When I got there I was very impressed with the great customer service and how well James (service advisor) juggled the customers, quotes and feedback from the auto mechanics. I will definitely use them again the next time my car acts up!!

Daughter attends UNT. Her car's steering felt loose. Had this happen 3-4 yrs ago. At that time, I drove 2 miles to my regular mechanic in mid-cities. He said the nut fell off the steering linkage. Fixed in 10 min. Might be same problem again? I call around to see if simple problem could be fixed today. If it's not simple, Mon is fine. I'm told to just have car brought in. My daughter gets there. They want $127 diagnostic fee. Plus, they're not very nice. Not rude or mean either. She wants to take somewhere else. Since she has to spend next 5 yrs there (PhD program), we don't want unfriendly relationship. If only they had told me about diagnostic fee in advance.

Hi… I took time to place a review. After took 2 vehicles to get fixed, I can say that the job was done, Even I have the opportunity to meet the owner, Mr. Tommy, who gave ride back home twice. It was nice meeting him. I met John and Erick who were doing a good job keeping me informed the advance in my vehicles. Only I can say that I had a REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE with a gentleman who work in the front desk, who did not want to give me his name, when he was giving me a ride back home, telling that is not relevant or something like that. He drives a White Dodge Ram. You can find who he is.
When I went to his car for the ride, I said thank you. He was so unprofessional since the beginning eating while he was talking to me, and with a really BAD ATTITUDE. He asked me : where you go? I said if we take 377, after I35, svc road and Teasley next. He said ..what street? I know all these places. I told him Canoe Ridge Ln. where I live. That’s the moment when I told him that I don’t like his attitude. He said I’m polite. Polite? BULL
I told him I will never come back to your business, because of him.
The day when I came to pick up my car, Erick asked me: what happened with that guy? I told him… how you know about that? He said, we heard yesterday. The only way is that the gentleman talked about with them
Erick told me that, HE HAD SAME ISSUES WITH OTHER CUSTOMER TOO. It’s not the first time, he said.
I wished the best to Mr Tommy and his business, but I think that guy can not talk to customers. He needs to stay in the back at the shop.

Great service all around. The price was reasonable and an overall good quality of work. I went there for an a/c issue, it turned out it was my a/c bracket. They took care of it without any issues.

Fantastic place. The repair work was very quick, and it was done very well. My vehicle was checked out extremely thoroughly, and all needs and issues were explained to me in great detail, with the more important items prioritized. The staff is extremely friendly, and the owner, Tommy Nickelson, is always available if you need any additional assistance.
I was in the automotive repair industry for quite a long time, but can no longer perform that type of work due to disabilities. My niece is attending UNT, and needed a reliable place to service her vehicle. Luckily, we found Advanced Auto Repair, and took it there. I can't be any more pleased about the overall experience and outcome, and feel much more relaxed and less anxious about her being up there now that she has someone that we can trust to take care of her vehicle for her.
Thanks again to Tommy and the guys. You've definitely given me one less thing to worry about. And I'll even be driving up from Carrollton to get my own vehicle serviced there. A really good automotive repair shop is very hard to find, I know from decades of experience.
Five stars...six if it were possible.

Great guys, had a pleasant conversation with the owner of the shop when he gave me a ride home. I had a pre purchase inspection done and a PTU (front differential) fluid change.
I’ll be taking my cars here from now on. Glad to have found a good shop with good prices in the area.
