This wonderful Hail Repair shop could
not be easier to work with. They took care of everything making my job so easy. They brought me their business car when they picked mine up at my house. They took care of all of the insurance and rental car arrangements, met me at Enterprise to get their car when I picked up the rental car.
I was kept informed of the progress of the repairs. When the car was ready they brought it to my home, picked up the check from insurance and returned the rental car for me. Anything I needed to do, I did on line or by phone. Their work was amazing. The car looks brand new.

Excellent service and a wonderful experience. Hamp made it an effortless repair. My car specifically had a 2 storms worth of damage and they were able to get it back to new. Thank you Hamp for all you did!

I had a really great experience with this company and specifically Ray Jordan who was super helpful. I had really bad hail damage from a storm in May and I already had a quote from another shop that didn't include a lot of the damage. After taking a look at my car, Ray was really upfront about the damage and was also transparent about supplies/paint delays that would ultimately cause delays in repairs. They helped with arranging a rental and left a loaner until I was able to get a rental. He returned my car as soon as it was ready and took my rental back for me, making the experience super streamlined and easy. My car looks like it was never damaged! I'm very pleased :)

They took days longer to repair my vehicle, gave me a rental that was nowhere near comparable to mine promised that I would get the $300 rebate for fixing the hail damage on my car never got a rebate text messages stating that they would I’ll be more than happy to post Replaced my battery said they were taking the money out of that when I called O’Reilly‘s they indeed confirmed my battery was under warranty so no money was exchanged. If I could give a star review I absolutely would to speak to the owner. No message was completely taken advantage of. Do not recommend doing business with them at all Will be reporting to Farm Bureau as well.

There aren’t enough stars to convey how excellent this establishment is. Advantage Hail Repair completely restored my car after I brought it to the shop with what they called “some of the worst hail damage they have ever seen.” During the process, they provided me with a reliable rental vehicle, timely updates, and always answered my questions quickly and honestly. The work they do is not only amazing, but honest and fair. The employees are genuine, kind, and patient. I will always recommend this business to anyone who is in need of its services.

I would like to thank everyone at advantage Hail repair especially Hamp Porter. He went above and beyond to the point that he even came out to our house to pick up our vehicle and to give us a rental car. When our vehicle was in the shop with Hamp Porter always quick and responsive giving me updates when I asked for.I would recommend to family and friends.

When they say paintless dent removal they mean it! My man Santiago gave us the "White Glove Treatment" and all my Hail bumps and bruises to my 2022 Genesis GV80 are gone! My hat's off to the workmanship and the no out-of-pocket expense made this a no brainer. Your insurance company is looking for a reason to say no, so when you have damage give Advantage Hail Repair a go! FYI, If you didn't know this you have 365 days to report a Hail Damage Claim. This applies to any insurance company if you read the fine print, that's where they try to get cha!
