I just want to say a big THANK YOU to Michelle at Public Storage on Teasly. She was able to get my rent lowered since I have been with them since 2017. She called me and told me that she called HQ and worked to get my rent lowered since I was having to pay huge late fees. This is customer up and beyond the call of duty. Lots of space, workers are really nice, and its an outdoor storage so i could always drive in and load up my car.
