We needed extra space when our daughter was between college and a big girl job. This location is convenient and there are handy carts and an elevator to make it easier to get in and out. Staff are always friendly and they make the process painless.

Originally I had a good impression of this place but I have been here for several months and under the new management I can firmly say that the facility is relatively clean and easy to access. And that's where the good stuff ends. Jordan at the front desk is someone with a complete lack of personality and customer service. The bathrooms are not well maintained and actually there's only one bathroom because the other one has been locked for several months and they're perfectly happy keeping it that way.
