My son (7 yrs) is in need for a controlled medication. They have it in stock, but since he hasn't had anything filled their before, they will not take a new customer and fill this for him. I feel that this is an unexceptable practice on their part.

Arrived at 2:20 on a Saturday to pick up a prescription for my father. Google shows they close at 3:00. Not happy to get here and see they close at 2:00.
