My son (7 yrs) is in need for a controlled medication. They have it in stock, but since he hasn't had anything filled their before, they will not take a new customer and fill this for him. I feel that this is an unexceptable practice on their part.

Arrived at 2:20 on a Saturday to pick up a prescription for my father. Google shows they close at 3:00. Not happy to get here and see they close at 2:00.

Tried to get a Covid test, then was told I needed an appointment even though it says not required online (and I was the only one there). I then made an appointment only to find out that there was nobody on staff able to administer the test at that location. Thanks for the loss of money and no results :)Btw, it’s downright criminal that you charge TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for Covid tests now….

Community Pharmacy provides good customer service, accurate prescription filling and good advice when you need it. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I have used them since they opened and still think they are the very best. You don’t have to walk to the back of a large store to get to them. They are very convenient and offer drive through pickup or home delivery. They are just the best!

They said that they weren't making enough money from filling my prescription and to go elsewhere. After months they just up and said your not welcome. They are in network my insurance. So my insurance is escalating this .

Community Pharmacy has a wonderful team of caring professionals. Kind, considerate & helpful to their patients. I was very blessed to have Brandon Allen work closely with my doctor to help me with my thyroid & hormone issues that I had dealt with for years with no relief. Took us a little time to find the right medications to work perfectly together but he took the time to ask questions, listen & come up with a game plan that's working. So thankful for Brandon & his staff!

I was looking for pharmacy that was not in one of your big box stores. That's what I found with Community Pharmacy. They are super friendly and very helpful. I am so happy to have found them. I also love the fact that they send me a text message when my prescriptions are ready and I find that very helpful. When I have had questions about different prescriptions that I'm on and vitamins that I take they are always very knowledgeable and very patient with me. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been using the pharmacy for a while now. My providers don't update their directories so still have to call them S & J☺️ when asked what pharmacy.All employees are professional and courteous.

i’ve used Community Pharmacy since moving to Denton in 2019, they’re always so nice and fast with my prescriptions. would recommend! so much better than CVS or Walgreens.
