Good afternoon, I placed an order with this company to make a flyer. When I went to pick it up, it was in a different format. I didn’t like it, but I didn’t complain. However, the owner noticed that I wasn’t satisfied and said he would redo the same quantity in the correct format!
The original order wasn’t cheap.
Out of courtesy and to compensate for his gesture and a possible loss, I decided to order another service from them.
When I went back, they only delivered half of what was agreed upon. I spoke with the attendant and told her that this wasn’t right. She said she would take care of it, talk to him, and get back to me—but it’s been two weeks and nothing.
I don’t have time to keep chasing after mistakes that were their fault both times. I found their behavior quite dishonest. I won’t be going back there, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

AlphaGrapics is AMAZING! I needed a bulk order of prints for a show in less than 36 hours & they were able to get those done promptly. The quality was outstanding & customer service was top notch. I googled searched them & all of the comments proceeded them in which why I went with them. I will definitely continue & recommend them to anyone who needs work to be done.
