I contacted them to print books for our company for an industry tradeshow. They were very slow to get back to me and only emailed, even when I was calling and leaving messages. FIVE days before the tradeshow they said they made a mistake when quoting the project and weren't able to provide the binding we needed, leaving us high and dry and rushing to find another printer.

I had such a good experience at this location, there was a small mistake on my business cards, but they were quick to fix the issue and make new ones for me. The lady at the front was so sweet and professional I will keep doing business with them!

Well I sent in a quote day ago, even chatted with a representative sort of kind of through email though they really don't respond. Don't know what to say shocked really. I got a deadline to meet they are not helping. This should be a pretty cut and dry deal easy squeezy. But I'm left out hanging

I had taken a very old desert book to them to have it copied. It was spiral bound starting to fall apart. I had taken to another company. They had a month and could not get the job done when they said they could.Alpha Graphics did a great coping it making newCovers for it. And they did it quickly. So very pleased! The book is over 50+ years old. They took good care of it.
