VERY RUDE. I was returning jeans with an employee and the manager came over once we were already done with the process to tell me that I can’t return them. Waste of my time and very horrible service.

I am disappointed. My order was ready to pick up during July 4th. So I called the store to ask them to keep the order for me until Friday. But then I got an email said that my order was canceled. So I called customer service to confirm, they told me that the system automatically canceled it , but I can still go pick it up. Finally, today is Friday . But Denton is really far for me , I don’t want to drive all the way there and something goes wrong. So I called the store again before I left to double confirm that I can still go pick up my order. They said yes! I went to pick up and left , but then got a text saying that I need to go back . I went back to the store again , they said I canceled the order they need to do repurchase again. But I told them I didn’t cancel it , it might be their system. They need me to repurchase , but I used the store gift card and I throw it away after that. Now that , they told me I can’t pick up the order and they will email me the gift card again within 48 hours for me to repurchase .I drove 45 minutes to come here ! And I called three times to confirm before I came to the store . I don’t understand why there is nobody extending the order or do something before I came or at least tell me not to come .

I saw one of the managers (a guy) chasing a man in his store because he thought he was stealing… very unprofessional when you have mall security who could handle the situation.

I love the quality of AE clothing no complaints there. However, the sales rep couldn't answer any of my questions regarding the styles or even what might be on sale.

OMG!! I had quite literally the best experience in retail I have ever had at this store with their staff. Tracy was incredibly helpful and kind when I called over the phone to ask about some jeans. When I got to the store, Tracy had my jeans plus several other pairs in my size waiting for me to try on:-) I have gained about 20 pounds in the last 3 years and jeans are not something I’ve worn in a long time due to my body dysmorphia and weight insecurities. Tracy made this easily the best experience I’ve ever had shopping for clothes, and specifically for jeans, which I don’t normally feel comfortable in. Kelly at the dressing rooms was also incredibly helpful when helping me look around and did everything with a smile on her face. It’s not often you go into retail, ESPECIALLY during the holiday season, that you find amazing and kind workers like Tracy and Kelly. My heart feels warm and I’m so glad I chose to go in today. Best AE location out there! Thank you Tracy and Kelly

I went to this location 2 days in a row. Mainly bc the first time no one wanted to help me. Second day made a return. No greeting either time. Guest service is less than average. Retail is MORE than just selling. The employees shouldn't all be behind the dang cash register just standing there come on now. And I saw the manager was there today. Not much improvement at all.

Normally American Eagle is my go-to store. Although today this was not the case, I walked in the store and was not greeted while all the employees stood around giggling and giving side eyes to us. This really upsets me because normally they never lack in customer service. Sadly I will not be returning and hope this does not happen to anyone else. Do better American eagle!!!!

Staff was very friendly. I've never been great with style, and was in need of help. I was coached and nudged into trying out some skinny jeans which I probably wouldn't have tried on my own. I was surprised to find that I didn't mind them, and my family all appreciates the upgrade to my wardrobe. Very thankful for the help I got!

I recently changed sizes and Ms. Evelyn helped me out! The store only had 2 pairs in my size & color I needed. Evelyn offered to help me order online instore & they shipped to my house for free.
