I’m writing to share my experience at this location. Unfortunately, I found several products with false advertisements. After checking out, I kindly requested that they remove the signs. This is the second time this has happened, and I’m not planning to return. I’m glad I don’t live in Denton, as I feel sorry for the stylist who have to deal with this situation.

This place has improved so much sense the staff change . i havent been back for awhile sense the last time we were there the guy who was there everytime we came in seemed lazy was always sitting around smoking a vape inside and sighed when we asked for a little help like we were disturbing him very unprofessional the girl with the tattoos was very very nice and helpful but didn't know much about the hair colors . she did explain she was very new she had amazing customer service this time we were very very excited to have someone walk up to me and ask me if i could use some help she seems very happy and excited to be at work and very friendly as well and helpful ! Major improvement . and she was very much able to help me in what i needed !

Great customer service. Went in to set an account up as I'm not from there but my daughter goes to college there and they were super mice and helpful (unlike another profession supply in the area)

Laramie is awesome ! Best customer service knows almost everything about all the products and so over willing to help everyone .. The lady Beth is horrible ! She's a bully and thinks she is better than everyone she's rude , racist and homophobic and is not scared to say it .. Very unprofessional very rude !

There is always one lady so rude (long blond hair) she doesn't say anything she just keep staring and making faces to me every time I go and about the inventory they have is always a disappointment.

Worst customer service ever! Mayra is very disrespectful, as if she intentionally treats customers horribly just to a mean person. I've been to this location 3 times and each time Mayra would tell me to finish shopping less than 5 minutes after entering and her attitude!!

Wow! I’ve always liked this store, but today I had an extra great experience with Denton’s Armstrong McCall! I had an issue I have never had to deal with before in bleaching & coloring hair. I was greeted by Emma & Donisha. Donisha escorted me personally to the product I was inquiring about was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She suggested another product that was actually better for my clients hair and a better value. How refreshing! Thank you ladies! I appreciate you & highly recommend your store.???

Customer service has went downhill the workers dont know much about products and rarely speak when you enter the store I guess it depends on who you are and they are ALWAYS out of products thats super annoying.
