SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!
Signed up my elderly father for phone service last week. The salesman DID NOT DISCLOSE they were adding him on T1 protection plan that we didn't want. DID NOT DISCLOSE SHADY admin fees! he said the plan would be 60.99 a month but did not disclose the true amount failing to disclose all the rip off surcharges, the real bill being over $75 a month. Now we have to go back out there and argue over this false representation -
shame on you for taking advantage of elderly - you are worse than Consumer Cellular

I would give no stars if I could. Razor Ranch Rosie was too caught in the up sale of other products to ensure the phone was actually working. Terrible.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an AT&T store. I was there for almost 4 hours to help me transfer data from my old phone to a replacement phone and left with neither phones working. I had an appointment and wait time didn’t matter at all and I left without resolution. I would love to talk to the owner of this store…

I guess it was the manager who I talked first, he provided me with website so I can unlock the previous cell phone I had and the second person I talk he added it my new credit card for auto pay he was super efficient and fast and show me how to do it on his tablet when I asked him if it has to be on line., I replied appreciate him for that, he took his time explaining me and he was not in a rush he was very polite and understanding
So I was happy with the service

If you want help as well as understanding the help you need, then the store to visit is the one at Razor Ranch. Ask for Austin... he is the best. He was determined to work the problem out and get the answers I needed.
