Justin was absolutely amazing and even helped me with issues with a problem I've been dealing with for 2 years. I came in to pick up a new phone for my daughter, and he even let her open the box, and guided her through how to set it up. He was super talkative, and made me feel like I've known him for years. Justin is the heart of this store. Absolutely SPECTACULAR service.

Jay was awesome, he was able to transfer all of my information from my old phone to my replacement device in 30 minutes!! I spent 4 hours at the Razor Ranch location last week trying to do the exact same thing and I left with the replacement phone and the defective phone still not working. Also, I made an appointment at this location and they honored it, whereas the Rayzor Ranch location did not.

Staff was extremely helpful, especially an employee named Charles and the manager. I was serviced the second I walked in, which was amazing not having to wait! They were able to work with my budget and find me a great deal after switching from another carrier. Even the staff who weren't assisting me were very friendly and checked up on me while my phone transferred over. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this store to all my friends and family

To preface, we came in January of ‘24 and were told that if we upgraded to an unlimited plan we would receive the promotional iPhone 14 for 5.99. In February we added my line and I upgraded my phone at the same time. What Blake failed to mention when upgraded to the “unlimited value plan” after saying we would get the iPhone 14 promotion is that this unlimited plan does not value promotions and as a response my trade in in February also was not credited. When going to contact the store this morning at opening, Mario looked through prior bills and said he saw the issue and was unsure why we were changed to this plan after being offered the promotion. We were told this would take hours and would receive a call since everything needed to be corrected.
No call was received so we returned to the store before close where our same paperwork of the bill was still sitting on the table unattended. This paper provides our names, phone numbers, home address, billing amount, etc. it is completely unprofessional that our personal information was sitting out unattended all day for anyone to come look at. At this time Blake tried saying that another store in February that processed the upgrade changed our plan. However this was not the case and it should also show in our account the exact date the change was made. Mario then stated there was nothing they could do
Since it was past the 14 days even though the bill was not received until after 14 days to know that we were promised a promotion and then put on the “value plan” that Blake recommended that would not process the promotion. Staff was unhelpful after coming back this evening and even laughed towards not helping in the situation.
If it wasn’t for customer support being able to correct the issues that the store refused to help with we would have been finding another phone service provider since our bill increased 4x its value.

All I wanted was to do an online pick up. I had issues with AT&T support yesterday the first time since my sister is the main account holder. When I called a second time the guy was very helpful and he told me I was an authorized user on the account for my wireless line. When I showed up to the store today Simi greeted me and was very helpful. Although I ran into issues again in store, Simi was able to get it resolved quickly because I told the team I was on my lunch break and needed to be out of there by 12p. Simi was very respectful of my time and got me out of there quickly. I appreciated all the help from Simi to make this situation less frustrating than it already was which started with AT&T support not giving me the correct information I needed to prepare for my online in store pick up.

I asked if I could connect to their WiFi, but they said it would be slow and unusable. They recommended using the Starbucks next door, saying it would be faster. It's strange that a coffee shop would have faster internet than an internet provider.

The service is horrible, Gilbert is rude.. they don’t want to actually help customers. They don’t find solutions and treat customers very bad.

I switched back to AT&T yesterday and the experience I had at this store was amazing. I did wait about 15 minutes; but there was a few people in front of me and I came towards the end of the day; so I was fully expecting to wait. Once it was my turn, Gilbert and CJ (who was shadowing him) helped me out promptly! They answered all of my questions and made me feel super comfortable. They broke down the price difference between phones and plans AND even let me know of the educators discount that AT&T offers. I know in the future if I ever come here; I’ll be taken care of as a customer! I highly recommend getting help from Gilbert and CJ!
