Great service! Some one hit my car while I was out at dinner and CARSTAR in combination with my insurance, State Farm, got my vehicle in and out with in a week. They went above and beyond to make sure all aspects of my vehicle were addressed in the impact area and they worked really well with the rental company I was using. Painless!

The shop people don’t value people’s time
They over promise and under deliver
Don’t pay attention to customers needs
I visited the facility last Friday for an estimate for my car
It was Friday after noon at 1 pm.
Even though I was informed that estimate would take them 30 mins.
I work was delayed and when I went back to the shop on Monday.
I was informed that it would take the person handling my car to be not sooner than Wednesday.
I would not recommend the shop as they don’t commit to what they say or make efforts to value customers time.

They were very kind and did a great job fixing my car. The communication was lacking with the front desk staff. I had to call them for updates on the insurance claim and repair status which usually resulted in them needing to call me back after they gathered the info. But overall I’m pleased. Just not a 5 star experience.

Someone hit my vehicle, Allstate was their insurance company.
I PROMISE You, there VERY highly recommend (my opinion).
I will take my vehicle there anytime , and I recommend that you do the same, you will NOT be disappointed!
Oh, I forgot to say they even washed and detailed my car. (Better than a car wash and detailed shop).
But, number 1 spot for getting vehicle repaired.

I generally don’t write reviews, but I definitely recommend Carstar after my first experience with them! They repaired my car after I got into my first accident and they were very helpful and explanatory. They made the insurance process very easy to follow and they did an amazing job restoring my car! The staff is also very nice, they finished super fast, and kept me updated every step of the way.

Threatened to put a mechanical lien on my mothers car after they messed up paperwork on there end. Didn’t texted her at 5:30pm on a Tuesday and before she could call Wednesday they texted her at 8am that they would steal her car if she didn’t pay. Don’t think the lady who messaged her got in any trouble either. She didn’t call back to make things better either.
The manager was apologetic but didn’t go out of his way to fix it.
Don’t go here if don’t like being treated like crap.
2 stars because they got the job done, but customer service was atrocious.

Botched repair in 2019 stressing car, breaking tabs on parts per my mechanic.parts not aligned correctly. Put wrong invoice with repair. Did not use part rec by Geico so no warranty from ins co. Abrasive. Used them for 30 yrs. Will not use again.
